分析钻机设备现场常见的各种故障,找出各种故障情况与钻机关键设备参数变化的关系,搭建钻机关键设备故障表征参数数据库,为算法和信息决策提供依据。在故障与表征参数分析基础上,提出通过加多数据传感器,并引入小波-神经网络信息融合故障分析方法研究钻机关键设备的信息融合模型,最终建立海洋石油模块钻机智能安全监控系统。
The common faults in rig equipment were analyzed to find out the relationship between various fault conditions and the changes of key equipment parameters of drilling rigs and set up the database of key equipment failure characterization parameters to provide the basis for algorithm and information decision. Based on the analysis of fault and characterization parameters, this paper proposes an information fusion model of drilling rig key equipment by adding multiple data sensors and introducing wavelet and neural network information fusion fault analysis method, and finally establishes an intelligent security monitoring system for offshore oil rigs.
