本文从以人为本的概念出发,从图书管理人员和为读者服务两方面论述了图书馆以人为本的管理理念:第一,图书馆员是图书馆工作的主体,是能动的因素;建立健全民主管理机制,调动馆员的积极性;协调好馆员之间的关系,创造和谐的图书馆环境。第二,首先为读者创造良好的借阅环境;利用有限的资金为读者提供其最需要的文献;现代化的发展要求图书馆为读者提供现代的服务;图书馆要开展多渠道、多层次全方位的服务。
Based on the concept of people-oriented, this paper discusses the people-oriented management concept of library from two aspects: library management personnel and service for readers: first, librarian is the main body of library work, which is an active factor; establish and improve the democratic management mechanism, Mobilize the enthusiasm of librarians; coordinate the relationship between librarians and create a harmonious library environment. The second is to create a good borrowing environment for the readers first, to provide the readers with the most needed documents with limited funds. The development of modernization requires the library to provide modern services to the readers. The library should carry out multi-channel, multi-level and omnidirectional service.
