随着当前高校毕业生数量的逐年增加,如何解决学历上相对弱势的高职毕业生群体的就业问题成为亟待解决的问题。对新形势下高职院校大学生创新创业促进机制的研究成为了研究热点,以创业带动就业成为时下的潮流。本文综述了对当前高职院校大学生创新创业机制研究的意义、现状以及完善措施。旨在为进一步的改善新形势下高职院校大学生创新创业促进机制提供一定的理论参考。
With the gradual increase in the number of university graduates, how to solve the employment problem of the relatively disadvantaged group of graduates with academic qualifications has become an urgent problem to be solved. Under the new situation, the research on the mechanism of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges has become a research hotspot, and employment has become a trend nowadays. This article summarizes the significance, present situation and perfecting measures of the current college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism. The purpose is to provide some theoretical references for further improving the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship promotion for higher vocational college students in the new situation.
