目的:了解人工晶体植入术后,人工晶体在眼内确切的位置及其与周围组织间的相互关系。方法:应用超高频超声波超声生物显微镜对40例(40只眼)前房型、后房型和睫状沟缝线固定型人工晶体植入位置进行观察分析。结果:前房型人工晶体位置对称,襻与房角间无直接接触,但亦可见1例人工晶体襻将周边虹膜推顶,囊袋内植入的人工晶体位置最为理想;睫状沟缝合固定的后房型人工晶体位置大多缝合固定位置在睫状沟后,且位置多不对称。结论:超声生物显微镜可确切地观察到人工晶体在眼内位置及其襻与周围组织间的相互关系,对指导和修正手术方法有极大的帮助。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the exact location of the intraocular lens in the eye and its relationship with the surrounding tissue after intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Forty cases (40 eyes) of anterior chamber type, posterior chamber type and ciliary sulcus sutured intraocular lens implantation position were observed and analyzed by using ultra-high frequency ultrasound-ultrasound biomicroscopy. Results: The anterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) was symmetrical in position and had no direct contact with the angle of the anterior chamber. However, one case of intraocular lens (IOL) pushed the peripheral iris upwards and the intraocular lens (IOL) implanted intraocular lens Most posterior chamber intraocular lens suture location in the ciliary sulcus, and the location of asymmetric. Conclusion: Ultrasound biomicroscopy can accurately observe the location of intraocular lens in the eye and its relationship with the surrounding tissue and help to guide and correct surgical methods.
