医院工作人员的在职培训,是发展新建医院计划中的重要组成部分,也是关系到新建医院医护质量最基本的任务之一。我院是1991年创建的新医院。建院初期,医院中各级各类工作人员缺乏,特别是专业技术人员更为紧缺,医院的各项工作的开展受到很大的影响。针对这一问题,我们采取:一是引进人才,其中包括大中专院校的毕业生;二是靠在职培训来充实各类专业技术力量。在短短的三年中,我院共引进高中级专业技术人员10人,有丰富经验的初级专业人员21人,接受大中专院校毕业生35人,年青的专业技术人员占85%以上,各类专业技业人员基本配备。
On-the-job training of hospital staff is an important part of the plan for the development of new hospitals and one of the most fundamental tasks that are related to the quality of health care in new hospitals. Our hospital is a new hospital created in 1991.
