本实验用原位杂交组化和免疫组化方法研究了黑质纹状体多巴胺系统被6-羟基多巴胺损伤后对前脑SOM神经元的影响。结果为损伤侧纹状体中SOM神经元基因表达水平下降,但多肽合量无明显变化。结果提示黑质纹状体多巴胺神经系统在基因转录水平调节着纹状体中SOM神经元的功能活动。
In this study, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods to study the nigrostriatal dopamine system is damaged by 6-hydroxydopamine SOM neurons in the forebrain. The results showed that the expression level of SOM neurons in injured lateral striatum decreased, but the amount of polypeptide did not change significantly. The results suggest that the nigrostriatal dopamine nervous system regulates the functional activity of SOM neurons in the striatum at the gene transcriptional level.
