坚持与时俱进 争创名优科室——济南军区肿瘤诊疗中心建设发展剪影

济南军区肿瘤诊疗中心,位于美丽的海滨城市山东省烟台市,于1996年成立,现展开床位100余张,开展新业务新技术60余项,是一个集医疗、教学和科研为一体的综合无创治疗中心。近年来,中心在学科带头人王义善主任的带领下,与时俱进,开拓创新,解放思想,加压奋进,抓住机遇,锐意进取,不断优化人才结构,更新医疗设备,完善服务措施,狠抓内涵质量,培养和加强医务人员的科技创新能力、核心竞争能力,有力地促进了中心的全面建设和持续发展。肿瘤诊疗中心,其病房设有闭路电视、微波炉、电冰箱、浴室等配套的生活设施;现有各类专业技术人员90余名,其中高职10名,博士3名,硕士13名,享受国务院特殊津贴1名。“九五”以来,获得军内外科技成果奖18项,其中军队医疗成果二等奖3项、三等奖5项、四等奖3项;中华医学会一等奖2项;优秀论文成果一、二等奖8项;发表论文230余篇;撰写专著3部。立项课题《3D立体放射γ(X)线临床应用与战时辐射损伤的防护研究》被军区列为“十五”重点计划课题。拥有钴一60、微波热疗仪、近距离后装、医用直线加速器和TPS计划系统、全身适形调强治疗系统γ刀、全身超声聚焦消融治疗(HIFU)刀、美国全身3D立体定向放射治疗计划X刀、光动力治疗(PDT)光化刀及内生场肿瘤热疗系统等先进医疗设备,总价值达2000余万元。开展的γ线适形调强靶向肿瘤系统联合加温治疗全身肿瘤、中药合剂热灌RF全身加热(内生场)治疗中晚期癌、光动力(PDT)治疗中晚期癌技术及新开展的“无创治疗”技术,特色突出,效果明显,至今已收治肿瘤患者30余万人次。来自巴基斯坦、伊斯兰共和国、韩国、印度尼西亚共和国等国家的专家学者曾多次来中心观摩交流,赢得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。中心多次被济南军区、联勤部和联勤分部评为先进党支部、先进基层单位,并荣立集体三等功1次。 Located in Yantai City, Shandong Province, a beautiful coastal city, Jinan Military Region Cancer Center was established in 1996. With cobalt 60, microwave hyperthermia apparatus, close-up afterloading, medical linear accelerator and TPS planning system, the whole body IMRT gamma knife, the whole body ultrasound focused ablation (HIFU) knife, the whole body 3D stereotactic radiotherapy X knife plans, photodynamic therapy (PDT) phototherapy knives and endogenous tumor hyperthermia system and other advanced medical equipment, the total value of more than 2,000 million. To carry out the γ-ray conformal IMRT targeted tumor system combined with warming the treatment of systemic tumors, traditional Chinese medicine mixture of hot irrigation RF systemic heating (endogenous field) for the treatment of advanced cancer, photodynamic therapy (PDT) in advanced cancer and newly developed “Non-invasive treatment” technology, prominent features, the effect is obvious, so far has received cancer patients more than 300,000 passengers. Experts and scholars from Pakistan, the Islamic Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Indonesia have visited and exchanged views on many occasions and won good social and economic benefits. The center was repeatedly praised as the advanced party branch and advanced grass-roots unit by the Jinan Military Region, the joint logistics department and the joint logistics division and won the third-class collective work one time.
