花欣小档案：四川宜宾人,中共党员,高工、教授。1982毕业于华中科技大学,1989获得电子科技大学硕士学位,并留校任教。1993年创办迈普公司。现任成都迈普产业集团有限公司董事长,兼任成都市工商联会长、北京邮电大学、西南交通大学、电子科技大学客座教授、四川省科技厅电子信息技术专家组成员等。曾获得2003年“中国IT财富人物”、2004年“中国年度管理100人”、首届全国“信息产业系统劳动模范”、第二届“中国优秀青年科技创业奖”、四川省“十大杰出青年”、成都市“有突出贡献优秀专家”等。
