青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,他们的思想政治素质和道德情操,对学生的健康成长具有重要的示范引导作用。因此,要加强高职院校青年教师队伍建设,需要在政治上积极引导,专业上大力培养,生活上热情关心,从而全面提高青年教师的思想政治素质和业务能力。在分析高职院校青年教师存在的问题的基础上,对高职院校青年教师的培养工作进行了研究,以期促进青年人才的思想政治素质和业务能力的全面提高。
Young teachers are an important part of college teachers, and their ideological and political qualities and moral sentiments play an important role in guiding students’ healthy growth. Therefore, in order to strengthen the construction of the contingent of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, we need to actively guide politically and vigorously cultivate students in their professional fields, and take care of their enthusiasm in their daily life so as to comprehensively improve the ideological and political qualities and professional ability of young teachers. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the cultivation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges with a view to promoting the overall improvement of the ideological and political quality and professional ability of young talents.
