作者对1993年12月～1997年8月202例腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术患者进行了评估。平均年龄35±3.6岁(27～45岁);以往生育为1.7±0.6次(0～4);以往行输卵管环扎绝育者100例,53例为电凝,33例为其它方法绝育;输卵管结扎至吻合术时间平均为8.5±3.4年(2～21年)。吻合术前所有患者均行子宫输卵管造影(HSG)及盆腔B超检查、配偶精液常规分析。绝育术方法不明或疑有较重盆腔粘连的少数病例,行诊断性腹腔镜检查,若腹腔镜手术失败,在同一麻醉下行开腹术。
The authors evaluated 202 patients with laparoscopic tubal anastomosis from December 1993 to August 1997. The average age was 35 ± 3.6 years old (27-45 years old); previous birth was 1.7 ± 0.6 times (0-4); in the past, 100 cases of tubal cerclage sterilization, 53 cases of coagulation, 33 cases of sterilization by other methods; tubal Ligation to anastomosis time averaged 8.5 ± 3.4 years (2 to 21 years). All patients before anastomosis underwent hysterosalpingography (HSG) and pelvic ultrasound B, spouses routine analysis of sperm. Sterilization methods unknown or suspected cases of severe pelvic adhesions in a small number of cases, diagnostic laparoscopy, if laparoscopic surgery failed, under the same anesthesia underwent open surgery.
