我总厂系中央直属大型骨干企业,下有各单位保健站40多个,医务人员300余人。单位多,工作面大,业务水平参差不齐。如何对这些保健站加强领导,统一管理,是我局的一项重要任务。对此,笔者愿就此一问题,谈点体会。 一、过去保健站的状况 长期以来,各单位保健站在业务上由于缺乏统一管理,制度紊乱,各行其事。上海市卫生局(以下简称“市局”)布置的一些工作,不能及时贯彻,基层医务人员也有许多苦衷。全总厂保健站没有统一的规章制度,各搞一套,以致无法考核各单位的工作质量,更无法计算全总厂的各项卫生统计指标。就以对新病例的
