在新课改的影响下,教育工作者们不断改进教学模式,小组合作则是新课程倡导的一种学习方式,成为教学过程中的“宠儿”。小组合作学习就是指在小组内为了完成共同的目标,合作交流的一个过程,小组合作学习是具有分工性和互助性的学习。作为小学数学教师,应该在教学过程中合理有效的应用小组合作学习教学模式,激发学生的学习思维,调动学生的学习积极兴趣,培养学生的团结协作的精神,进而实现理想的教学效果。
Under the influence of the new curriculum reform, educators continuously improve the teaching mode. Group cooperation is a learning method advocated by the new curriculum and becomes “darling ” in the teaching process. Group cooperative learning refers to the group in order to accomplish a common goal, a process of cooperation and exchange, group cooperative learning is a division of labor and mutual assistance learning. As a primary school mathematics teacher, we should use the group cooperative learning teaching mode rationally and effectively in the teaching process to stimulate students' learning thinking, arouse the students' active interest in learning, cultivate students' spirit of unity and cooperation, and then achieve the ideal teaching effect.
