在教学制度不断改革的背景下,对教师个人素养和教学能力的要求越来越高,因此,教师需要在提高教学能力的道路上不断探索前进。听课、评课的方式越来越受到教师的青睐,因为这不仅能够使教师不断反思自己在教学过程中的不足,更能有效地提高教学能力。然而目前在大多数学校里,听、评课只是一种表面形式,单纯只是为了完成任务,因此教学效果很难提高,如何有效地开展此项活动,需要大家来共同探究。
Under the background of the constant reform of the teaching system, the teachers’ individual literacy and teaching ability are more and more demanding. Therefore, teachers need to continuously explore and advance on the road of improving teaching ability. Learners, lectures more and more teachers by the favor, because it not only enables teachers to continue to reflect on their own lack of teaching process, more effectively improve teaching ability. However, at present in most schools, listening and assessing classes are just superficial forms, simply for the sake of fulfilling their tasks. As a result, the teaching effect is hard to be improved. How to carry out this activity effectively needs to be explored jointly.
