对42例老年患者96个牙间隙进行光固化树脂关闭术治疗，临床观察1～4年．结果表明，在96中牙间隙治疗中，成功率为86.46％，脱落率为13．54％．平均脱落时间近2年．并且临床操作相对简化，患者无痛苦，达到了美观快捷的效果．因此对老年患者进行前牙间隙光固化树脂关闭术治疗值得临床推广和应用．
In 42 elderly patients, 96 teeth were treated with light-cured resin. The clinical observation was performed for 1 to 4 years. The results showed that in 96 teeth interstitial treatment, the success rate was 86.46%, shedding rate was 13.54%. The average off time of nearly 2 years. And relatively simple clinical operation, patients without pain, to achieve a beautiful and quick results. Therefore, the treatment of elderly patients with anterior gap photocurable resin is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
