65%的泛影葡胺使用于CT增强扫描,药理作用使显影清晰。但在药物注入体内时,个别患者可能会发生过敏,出现诸如恶心、皮肤过敏、喉痉挛、血压下降、休克等反应,严重者可危及生命。笔者就一患者静脉滴注65%泛影葡胺6小时后出现过敏反应的病例报告如下: 患者,女性,30岁,护士。于1996年1月6日上午8时许,于门诊诊断为肺部感染而至我科行CT检查。CT平扫显示“右肺中叶大片阴影”,建议增强
