本文针对第三代移动通信系统ＷＣＤＭＡ方案，提出了功率控制中的信噪比的测量算法及修正曲线；并在Ｍ１２２５多径衰落信道下，以用最低信噪比达到相同通信误码率为准则，对闭环功控中的功率调整步长进行了优化仿真。
