以学科体系理念构建的西餐工艺专业课程体系,在现代职业教育教学实践中越来越显露其不适应性。随着我国经济的发展和旅游业的兴旺,社会对西餐工艺专业人才的需求数量越来越大,质量越来越高。职业院校在西餐工艺专业课程建设与教学中,必须坚持以就业为导向,加强课程教学改革研究,以提高教学效果和人才培养质量。
The course system of western food specialty constructed with the concept of subject system is more and more revealing its adaptability in the practice of modern vocational education. With the development of economy and the prosperity of tourism in our country, the demand of the society for western craft professionals is getting larger and larger and the quality is getting higher and higher. In the process of construction and teaching of Western Craft Specialty in vocational schools, we must insist on taking employment as the orientation, and strengthen the research on the reform of course teaching in order to improve the teaching effect and personnel training quality.
