本成果是一汽集团“七五”扩建和中型车技术改造工程中与硬件配套的管理项目,创造于1990年8月,在一汽变速箱厂全面实施。这种管理方式把提高产品质量、降低产品成本做为至高无上的原则和目的,把消除无效劳动和浪费做为基本指导思想。这种指导思想的具体体现就是杜绝超量生产,变“推动式”生产为“拉动式”生产,即要求生产线只在必要时间生产后工序取走的那部分数量的零件,要求所有后方部门充分发挥协作精神,以准时优质的服务保证生产工人不断创造附加价值。“准时化”生产管理方式的基本内容可概括为六种管理方法和一种管理体制:
