天津港地处京津城市带和环渤海经济圈的交汇点上,是首都北京的海上门户、我国北方重要的对外贸易口岸,是连接东北亚与中西亚的纽带、天津滨海新区建设中国北方国际航运中心和国际物流中心的核心载体。天津港是世界等级最高的人工深水港,目前主航道水深已达-21.0米,30万吨级船舶可乘潮进出港。天津港是中国北方最大的综合性港口,由北疆港区、南疆港区、东疆港区、临港经济区南部区域、南港港区东部区域等组成。现有水陆域面积336平方公里,陆域面积131平方公里,拥有万吨级以上泊位102个。2012年,天津港完成货物吞吐量4.77亿吨,世界排名第四位;完成集装箱吞吐量1230万标准箱,世界排名第十一位。
Tianjin Port is located at the intersection of Beijing-Tianjin urban belt and the Bohai Economic Rim. It is the gateway to the capital city of Beijing and the important foreign trade port in northern China. It is the link connecting Northeast Asia with Central and West Asia and Tianjin Binhai New Area Shipping center and international logistics center core carrier. Tianjin Port is the world’s highest artificial deepwater port. At present, the water depth of the main waterway has reached -21.0 meters. The 300,000-tonnage vessel can take in and out of port. Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive port in northern China. It consists of northern port area, southern port area, Dongjiang port area, southern port area of Lingang Economic Zone and eastern part of Nankang Port Area. The existing land area of 336 square kilometers, the land area of 131 square kilometers, with 10,000 tons of berths 102. In 2012, Tianjin Port completed 477 million tons of cargo throughput and ranked the fourth in the world in terms of throughput. It completed the container throughput of 12.3 million TEUs and the 11th in the world.
