首届2003中国国际机电装备维修与改造暨备品配件展览会(以下简称”维改展’)将于2003年11月11～13日在北京中国国际展览中心举行。作为目前国内唯一的装备维修与改造专业展会,维改展从筹备初始就受到业界的广泛关注。展会召开前夕,本刊记者专程对维改展主办方中国机电装备维修与改造技术协会副秘书长罗正忠先生,及承办方北京中西部展览有限公司许政先生进行了采访。
