市发改委项目批复信息选登【房山区长阳镇起步区3号地南侧项目】同意北京中粮万科置业有限公司开发建设房山区长阳镇起步区3号地南侧居住、文化娱乐项目。建设地点位于房山区长阳镇。项目规划总用地面积104507平方米,其中规划建设用地78325平方米。项目建筑控制规模为157992平方米,建设内容为住宅及配套、文化娱乐。本项目计划分三期实施,其中:第一期建筑控制规模为52000平方米,第二期建筑控制规模为48000平方米,第三期建筑控制规模为57992平方米。
Municipal Development and Reform Commission approved the election project information [Changyang Township, Fangshan District, on the 3rd to start the project] agreed to Beijing COFCO Vanke Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. to develop and build Fangshan District Changyang start area on the 3rd floor of the south living, cultural and entertainment projects. The construction site is located in Changyang Town, Fangshan District. The total land area for the project planning is 104,507 square meters, of which 78,325 square meters are for planning and construction. The project construction control scale is 157,992 square meters, the construction content is residential and supporting, cultural and entertainment. The project is planned to be implemented in three phases, of which: the first phase of building control is 52,000 square meters, the second phase of building control is 48,000 square meters and the third phase of building control is 57,992 square meters.
