1995年的初春,细雨绵绵,薄雾蒙蒙,从嘉峪关那边的酒泉钢铁公司传来的消息越来越坏,如铅的重压,稳稳地压在石家庄市特种轧辊厂厂长邢振平的身上。天性强悍的他为此食不甘味,夜不成寐。在他的那间不算小的办公间内,浓眉紧缩的他,来来回回踱方步,谁也不清楚转了多少圈儿了。石家庄市特种轧辊厂始建于1964年,原名河北省获鹿县北铜冶铸钢厂,主要生产各种汽车、拖拉机及其它机械用精密铸钢产品。自1987年开始开发新产品——冶金工业用特种轧辊,于1989年更名为石家庄市特种轧辊厂。步入90年代以来.工厂在年青有为的厂长邢振平的带领下,自力更生,艰苦奋斗,开拓进取,锐意改革,进行了一系列基本建设和技术改造,使一个名不见经传的村办小企业,逐步发展成为一个初具规模的生产特种轧辊的专业生产厂家。
