随着经济全球化的发展,企业面临的不确定因素日益增多,风险与日剧增,合同作为契约经济下“商品”交换的载体,更是风险的聚焦之地。在我国,中央企业掌握着国民经济命脉,关系着国家经济发展的成败兴衰,因此中央企业合同风险管理效果尤为重要。基于对中央企业合同风险管理现状的研究,总结合同风险管理问题,并提出优化建议。
With the development of economic globalization, the uncertainties faced by enterprises are increasing day by day. With the rapid growth of the risk and the increasing number of contracts, contracts are the focus of risk as the carrier of “commodity ” exchange under contractual economy. In our country, the central enterprise holds the lifeline of the national economy and is related to the success or failure of the country’s economic development. Therefore, the effect of the contract risk management of the central enterprises is particularly important. Based on the research on the status quo of contract risk management in central enterprises, this paper summarizes the problem of contract risk management and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.
