以生态足迹作为自然资源要素投入的度量指标,计算了天津市2000~2010年间的资源生产率。并运用IPAT模型对资源生产率与环境压力的关系进行了分析。结果表明,天津市的资源生产率水平较低,总体呈上升趋势,由2000年的1128.778元/hm2上升到2010年的3005.613元/hm2,增长了1.66倍。但资源生产率增长带来的减量效应小于经济发展的反弹效应,天津市的环境压力将进一步加大。并提出了提高资源生产率,缓解环境压力的对策建议。
Using the ecological footprint as a measure of natural resource input, the resource productivity of Tianjin from 2000 to 2010 was calculated. The relationship between resource productivity and environmental pressure is analyzed by using IPAT model. The results show that the level of resource productivity in Tianjin is relatively low with an overall upward trend, rising from 1128.778 yuan / hm2 in 2000 to 3005.613 yuan / hm2 in 2010, an increase of 1.66 times. However, the reduction effect brought by the growth of resource productivity is less than the rebound effect of economic development and the environmental pressure in Tianjin will be further increased. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve resource productivity and ease environmental pressure.
