目的 探讨激光动力学治疗 (PDT)支气管肺癌的适应症 ,治疗方法与效果。方法 应用德国产photosan - 32mg/kg静注后 4 8h用德国产CERALASPDT 6 30Laser 2 0 0 j/cm照射病变部位。必要时 72～ 96h内再重复 1～ 2次。结果 治疗 14例病人近期疗效好。结论 PDT治疗支气管肺癌具有疗效确切、副作用小、可重复治疗的特点 ,特别适用气管、支气管腔内生长为主的中央型肺癌、支气管肺癌术后残端复发及年老体迈、有手术、放化疗禁忌症的病人
Objective To investigate the indications, treatment methods and effects of laser kinetic therapy (PDT) bronchogenic carcinoma.
