新时期桂林检察事业建设的一个战略重点,即要加强桂林检察系统的检察文化构建,以此营造浓郁的文化和学习氛围,夯实桂林检察工作的科学化水平,激发检察人员的工作创造力和动力,提高工作绩效。本文欲以检察文化的理论研究作为基石,立足于桂林独特山水及地域特点、历史根基和文化底蕴,提出具有桂林浓厚地域特色且符合桂林实际的“桂林山水检察文化”。
