随着经济发展,货运量与日剧增,为了提升堆场的堆取能力。提高堆场的利用率,需要相应的提高设备的堆取能力,为了充分利用原有设备,挖掘其潜力,有时对其进行一定加高改造,从而达到了提高设备堆取能力的目的,尽可能的服务于堆场需求。由于目前的起重机高速、重载方向发展,其工作应力越来越高,使用条件越来越恶劣,所以有必要对改造后的结构进行安全性分析,以保证结构安全和生产安全。正是基于此点考虑,本文对拟加高改造的40.6t轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机进行结构有限元Ansys分析,从而保证改造后的起重机满足安全生产要求。
