目的 :以缰核痛相关神经元放电频率变化为指标 ,观察腹腔注射前列腺素 E2 (PGE2 )对其的影响。方法 :采用细胞外放电记录技术及辐射热—甩尾法测痛。结果 :当腹腔注射 PGE2 后 ,可使缰核痛兴奋神经元 (PEN)的放电频率增加 ,痛抑制神经元 (PIN)的放电频率减少 ;用 6- OHDA损毁交感神经后 ,腹腔注射 PGE2 大鼠痛阈明显降低 ,与未损毁组相比无明显差别 (P>0 .0 5) ;给药后缰核有变化神经元的百分率明显低于未损毁组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :外周痛敏物质 (PGE2 )可影响缰核痛相关神经元的细胞外放电 ,交感神经参与了其中的调制作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of intraperitoneal injection of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) on the change of discharge frequency of neurons in habenula nucleus. Methods: The extracellular discharge recording technology and radiant heat - flick method to measure pain. Results: After intraperitoneal injection of PGE2, the discharge frequency of pain excitatory neurons (PEN) increased and the discharge frequency of pain suppression neurons (PIN) decreased. After the sympathetic nerve was destroyed by 6-OHDA, PGE2 rats The pain threshold was significantly lower than that of the non-damaged group (P> 0.05). The percentages of neurons in the habenula after administration were significantly lower than those in the non-damaged group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Peripheral pain-related substances (PGE2) can affect the extracellular discharge of neurons associated with habenular nucleus pain, and the sympathetic nerves are involved in the modulation
