超声诊断在临床上应用范围越来越广泛,特别是早孕的诊断和鉴别诊断,简便、迅速、无痛苦、无损害、准确率高,为了探讨超声多普勒对早孕的诊断和鉴别诊断价值,现将我院500例早孕及63例异常妊娠超声多普勒检查结果,摘要报告如下:检查对象、仪器和方法一、对象分早孕组、对照组、异常妊娠组1、早孕组500例为我院计划生育门诊病人,后经吸宫取出绒毛胚胎组织证实为早孕;2、对照组518例为我院学生及附近女工,其中未婚296例,已婚未孕222例;3、异常妊娠组63例,全部经分娩,吸宫及手术等方法确诊。二、仪器CDZ—2型超声多普勒诊断仪,频率5兆赫,超声强度20毫瓦1cm~2,配合A 型为汕头产CTS—5型超声诊断仪,频率2.5兆赫;扫掠时间1:1.25。三、方法常规先用A 型超声诊断仪检查子宫,然后用超声多普勒诊断仪重点检测胎心音及子宫动脉音。
