目的 随着人工膝关节手术的普及,对修正型人工膝关节的需求也将增加,为此设计了修正型人工膝关节.股骨部件分左、右侧,胫骨部件呈杯状,有中央突起,二者均用于髓内干固定.方法从1991 年7 月~1997 年12 月,共为5 例类风湿性关节炎、2 例骨关节炎(3 膝) 患者实施修正型人工膝关节置换术.主要手术指征是原人工膝关节已有明显松动,伴有严重疼痛或畸形.结果 随访6个月~8 年.术后所有患者均无痛,并纠正了原有的力线畸形.5 膝可屈曲80°,并能步行500 m ,依靠栏杆可以上楼;另外3 膝屈曲不小于40°,但步行能力有限.结论 目前设计的修正型人工膝关节能为需要再次做人工膝关节成形术的患者提供一个无痛、稳定的新关节.“,”Objective To describe the procedure and result of a newly designed total knee prosthesis Methods During the period of July 1991 through December 1997,there were 8 revision knee arthroplasties performed in 7 patients Five patients had RA, 2 OA (3 keens) The major indications for revision surgery were aseptic loosening with pain or deformity Results The follow up periods lasted from six months to eight years Five knee had 80° of flexion and walking distance was over 500 m They could climb stairs with the help of a hand rail The range of motion of other 3 knees was less than 40° of flexion and walking ability was limited Conclusion The current design of the revision total knee prosthesis provides a new stable device for the patients who need the revision of the failed total knee replacement
