在小规模水力资源综合利用的研究方面,提出一个简单而值得重视的课题,就是水轮泵代替发电——电灌方案,可以提高水能利用的总效率,减少工程投资和运行费用。有些低、中水头(本文指10米左右)小水电站,主要任务是为电灌提供电力,甚至有些电灌站就在电站附近。因而在有利的地形和灌区条件下,用水轮泵代替电灌站是有利的。
In the research of comprehensive utilization of small-scale hydraulic resources, a simple but worthy topic is that hydro-turbine pumps instead of power generation-electric irrigation schemes can improve the total efficiency of water energy utilization and reduce the project investment and operation costs. Some low, medium water head (this paper refers to about 10 meters) small hydropower station, the main task is to provide electricity irrigation, and even some electric pumping stations in the vicinity of the power station. Therefore, in the favorable topography and irrigation conditions, the use of water pump instead of electric pumping station is advantageous.
