《科技通报》于1987年2月21日召开了第一次编委扩大会议,主编李文铸教授主持了会议。会议确定了《科技通报》是自然科学的综合性学术刊物,重点反映理、工、农、医及边缘学科的科研成果、科研信息、学术动态。《科技通报》刊登以下几方面的文章:(1)策略性文章:对经济发展有决策作用,以供领导决策参考。(2)学术性文章:刊登原始性的应用技术研究方面的学术论文,每篇在四千字左右。纯理论的研究文章原则不登。(3)研究通讯:作者本人的科研成果或阶段性成果,每篇八百字左右。(4)科研动态:介绍国内外各学科领域的最新发展动向、技术水平和动态,每篇不超
“Science and Technology Bulletin” held its first editorial meeting on February 21, 1987, and its chief editor, Professor Li Wenzhu, presided over the meeting. The meeting identified Science and Technology Bulletin as a comprehensive academic publication of natural sciences, which mainly reflected scientific research achievements, scientific research information and academic developments of science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and fringe disciplines. “Science and Technology Bulletin” published the following articles: (1) Strategic Articles: Decision-making for economic development, for decision-making guidance for the leadership. (2) Academic articles: Published original academic papers on applied technology research, each about four thousand words. The theory of purely theoretical articles is not published. (3) Research Communications: The author’s own scientific research or stage results, each about 800 words. (4) Scientific research trends: introduce the latest development trends, technical level and dynamics of various disciplines at home and abroad, each non-super
