眼球摘除手术操作很简单,手术时间亦不长。但剪断视神经这一步骤,往往使病人感到难以忍受的疼痛。尽管术前球后阻滞麻醉做得相当充分,也难以避免疼痛。我院于86年收治1名单眼绝对期青光眼的老年患者(赵××女80岁病历号17255),在做眼球摘除手术,剪断视神经时,患者没有丝毫痛苦,非常平静地耐受了手术,出血也较少。患者在手术13天前,曾球后注射了氯丙嗪。因治疗后仍疼痛而要求做眼球摘除手术。这一偶然发现,启发了笔者,对以后另外
