竖向设计是总平面布置设计中的重要组成部分。平面布置主要是处理好建(构)筑物平面上的相互关系,而竖向布置主要是根据自然地形处理好建(构)筑物与建设场地在高程上的相互关系。尤其当厂区自然地形条件比较复杂时,为使厂址适应建厂要求,免不了要开山填谷对自然地貌进行较多的改造。因此,合理地划分阶梯及正确处理好边坡稳定,不仅关系到建设投资和工期,而且直接影响到施工期间的长期生产运行期间的安全。结合山西省永济发电厂2×300 MW供热机组的工程实例,分析总平面及竖向布置优化设计,希望能为总平面及竖向布置设计理念和设计手法的研究提供拙见。
Vertical design is an important part of the overall layout design. Plane layout is mainly to deal with the building (building) the relationship between the plane, and vertical layout is mainly based on natural terrain to deal with building (structure) building and construction site in the elevation of the relationship. Especially when the natural terrain conditions more complicated plant site, in order to make the site to meet the requirements of the plant, inevitably have to fill the valley on the natural landscape more transformation. Therefore, to divide the ladder and properly handle the slope stability is not only related to the construction investment and construction period, but also directly affects the safety during the long-term production operation during construction. Combining with the project example of 2 × 300 MW heating unit in Yongji Power Plant in Shanxi Province, the optimization design of total plane and vertical layout is analyzed, hoping to provide a humble opinion for the research of design concept and design method of total plane and vertical layout.
