【目的】观察糖尿病心肌病大鼠发生心室重构后中药降糖三黄片对其影响。【方法】选用清洁级Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组,采用高脂饮食加链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法复制2型糖尿病心肌病动物模型。中药组采用降糖三黄片(剂量为787.5 mg.kg-1.d-1),西药组采用卡托普利片(剂量为4 mg.kg-1.d-1)灌胃。各组均治疗8周,实验末腹主动脉采血检测各组空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯以及胰岛素水平;超声心动图评价各组大鼠心脏的结构和功能,摘取心脏称质量计算左室质量指数,并观察各组大鼠心肌组织病理变化。【结果】实验末中药组血糖、血脂水平显著下降,胰岛素敏感指数上升,与模型组、卡托普利组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);超声心动图检查显示治疗组与模型组在心脏结构及心功能变化方面差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。中药降糖三黄片能够改善超声心动图监测的心脏结构及心功能各项指标,降低左室质量指数,其作用与西药卡托普利相似,2组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),并可明显改善心肌病理形态变化。【结论】降糖三黄片能有效改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠的心脏结构及心功能,逆转其心室重构,其效果与西药卡托普利相似。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of Jiangtang Sanhuang Tablet on ventricular remodeling in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats. 【Methods】 Clean Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. The animal model of type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy was induced by intraperitoneal injection of high-fat diet and streptozotocin. The Chinese medicine group was given Jiangsan Sanhuang tablet (dose of 787.5 mg.kg-1.d-1), and the western medicine group was given captopril tablets (4 mg.kg-1.d-1). The rats in each group were treated for 8 weeks. The fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and insulin levels in each group were measured by aortic blood sampling at the end of experiment. The structure and function of heart in each group were evaluated by echocardiography. Quality index, and observed the pathological changes of myocardial tissue in each group. 【Results】 At the end of the experiment, the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids were significantly decreased and the insulin sensitivity index was increased in the experimental group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group and the captopril group, the difference was significant (P <0.05); echocardiography showed that the treatment group and the model group There were significant differences in cardiac structure and cardiac function (P <0.05). Chinese medicine hypoglycemic Sanhuang tablets can improve echocardiographic monitoring of heart structure and cardiac function indicators, lower left ventricular mass index, its role and Western medicine captopril, two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05) , And can significantly improve myocardial pathological changes. 【Conclusion】 Jiangtang Sanxian Tablet can effectively improve the cardiac structure and cardiac function in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats and reverse its ventricular remodeling. The effect is similar to that of western medicine captopril.
