This study explored the cytological effects of NaF on mice in vivo. The experiment used 72 pure strains of BALB / C adult male mice (body weight 20 ~ 25g). Six experimental groups were set up, each group of animals were free to drink with 1,5,10,50,100 and 200ppm F ~ - drinking water. Eight mice in each group, four of whom drank three weeks; the other four drank six weeks. Another initial control and three weeks and six weeks of experimental control and other three control groups, each group of eight animals, drinking deionized water without NaF.
