新加坡成人教育形成了自己鲜明的特色,对我国成人教育发展具有重要的借鉴意义。我国成人教育事业要进一步发展,应该积极向新加坡学习:建立完善的成人教育管理机制,实行多样化的办学方式;政府保证成人教育充足的经费,制定法律,实现多种融资渠道;加强成人教育学员的德育教育,全面提高职业素质;对成人教育教师实行高标准、常培训、高待遇和严管理;面向市场办学,实现双向共赢;采取激励机制,调动各方面的积极性。
