一、制定工作标准的方法我厂从1988年初,开始制定工作标准,采取了以下五种方法。 1.办班讲课。针对全厂职工对标准化知识比较生疏,对制定工作标准无从下手的现状,分别给中层以上干部,全厂标准化人员,主要生产岗位班组等集中讲课,明确为什么制定和如何制度工作标准。 2.部门起草。充分发挥各部门(包括各车间、各班组、各岗位)的主观能动作
