机遇总是垂青勇于竞争的人(二○○四年五月一日)市场竞争是一个动态过程,如果稍有懈怠,原有的先发优势就会削弱,已有的比较优势也会失去。随着市场经济体制改革不断深入和我国加入世贸组织后进一步扩大开放,全国各地特别是一些周边地区招商引资活动异常活跃,高招迭出;开拓国际市场力度不断加大,出口增速明显加快。我省在对外开放中能不能充分发挥好现有比较优势,就看我们的竞争意识强不强,看我们的工作力度大不大,看我们的工作做得实不实。机遇总是垂青勇于竞争的人。面对激烈的市场竞争,我们绝不能有丝毫懈怠,不能满足于现状,一定要有谦虚的态度,树立不进则退、慢进也是退的竞争意识,清醒认识形势,顺应扩大开放的趋势,站在全局和战略的高度,正确把握时代发
