目的了解楚雄市詹家村血吸虫病传播阻断后血吸虫病疫情变化,评价防治效果,为完善血吸虫病监测方案和制订防治措施提供依据。方法收集、分析楚雄市詹家村2005-2010年螺情、病情监测资料。结果 2005-2010年楚雄市詹家村无新感染的血吸虫病患者和病畜,6年共查出钉螺面积22.86 hm2,无感染性钉螺。结论詹家村血吸虫病达传播阻断后,疫情相对稳定,但螺情较重,仍需加强监测,有效防治。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis after schistosomiasis transmission in Chia village of Chuxiong and to evaluate the control effect of schistosomiasis so as to provide basis for improving the monitoring program of schistosomiasis and formulating prevention and treatment measures. Methods To collect and analyze the data of snail and disease monitoring in Zhanjia Village, Chuxiong City from 2005 to 2010. Results In 2005-2010, there were no new infected schistosomiasis patients and sick animals in Zhanjia Village, Chuxiong City. In a total of 22.86 hm2 of snails were found in 6 years without infection. Conclusion The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Zhan Jiacun is relatively stable after it is transmitted, but the surveillance is still serious. Therefore, monitoring and effective prevention and treatment are still needed.
