为落实财政部副部长、中国资产评估协会会长朱志刚在中国资产评估协会“三代会”上提出的“把评估行业办成深受社会尊重、享有诚信声望、无愧于市场经济的行业”的发展目标,理清2007年工作思路,中评协在去年底召开了部门副主任以上干部座谈会。会上,在协会秘书处领导班子成员的带动下,大家积极发言,相互启发,深入探讨,形成一些有价值的观点和思路,梳理成稿后呈报财政部副部长、中国资产评估协会会长朱志刚。朱志刚副部长认真审阅后作出重要批示:“很好。协会自三代会以来做了大量工作而且卓有成效,特别是在落实三代会精神,‘把评估行业办成深受社会尊重、享有诚信声望、无愧于市场经济的行业’目标上,大家集思广益,提出的建议和措施都很有价值。秘书长班子要立志于创造一个好的氛围,让每个人都能发挥专长,每个人都努力工作。这样,评估事业就会蒸蒸日上。”朱志刚副部长的批示,给协会全体同仁以极大地鼓舞和鞭策,为中国资产评估行业的发展指明了奋斗目标,全行业将以实现这一高远目标而扎扎实实地努力工作。早春时节,乍暖还寒。在中评协刘萍秘书长阳光明媚的办公室里,本刊记者带着广大读者的意愿,就资产评估行业的社会地位、发展形势、主要任务、行业发展中存在的问题、协会有效的管理方式以及2007年的工作重点等问题,对刘萍秘书长进行了深入访谈。
