在对烟囱、桥梁、压力容器等大型结构物体进行焊接组装时,横向位置的焊接是不可避免的,但又是很困难的。 不锈钢及不锈钢复合材料在焊接上对接头质量要求很高。在此,以这种材料的横向位置为对象开发了一种新的TIG焊接方法。即通过添加焊丝并通电来控制熔池内的电流通路和随之产生的磁场所带来的电磁力。利用该电磁力,既可控制焊道形状,又可获得高熔敷速度。
In the welding of large structural objects such as chimneys, bridges, pressure vessels, etc., welding in the transverse position is inevitable but difficult. Stainless steel and stainless steel composite joints in the welding quality requirements are high. Here, a new TIG welding method has been developed for the lateral position of this material. That is, by adding wire and energized to control the molten pool current path and the resulting magnetic field brought electromagnetic force. The use of the electromagnetic force, both control the shape of weld bead, but also access to high deposition rate.
