把省级国合商业组建成5个企业集团,这是广东省国合商业管理体制和企业组织形式改革的一次尝试。实践证明,路子是对的,方向是正确的。对于发挥省级国合商业群体优势,发展规模效益,实现政企分开,使企业走向市场,提高市场竞争力,将起到不可低估的作用。但是,从最近情况来看,由于这些企业集团组建不久,内部和外部关系还未理顺,因此不可避免地出现这样或那样的问题,因此,必须认真抓好企业集团的完善工作。当前应做好如下几项工作:
