目的:探讨眼眶爆裂性骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年7月～2011年1月在本院手术治疗的52例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者的临床资料。结果:术前眼球内陷40例(40只眼),术后36例眼球内陷矫正,4例改善。术前复视44例,术后3个月检查39例复视完全消失,5例晚期手术者在周边视野仍存复视。眼球各方向运动良好,手术前后的视力无明显变化。结论:选择合适的眶内填充物手术整复眼眶爆裂性骨折可获得满意疗效,早期手术疗效优于晚期手术。
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of orbital blowout fracture and its efficacy. Methods: The clinical data of 52 patients with orbital blowout fractures surgically treated in our hospital from July 2007 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 40 eyes (40 eyes) underwent preoperative enophthalmos and 36 eyes were corrected after enophthalmos. Four cases were improved. Preoperative double enucleation in 44 cases, 39 cases after 3 months of examination showed complete disappearance of diplopia, 5 cases of late surgery in the surrounding visual field still diplopia. Good eye movement in all directions, no significant changes in visual acuity before and after surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Choosing the appropriate orbital filler to repair orbital blowout fractures can obtain satisfactory curative effect, and the curative effect of early operation is better than that of late operation.
