目的:评价富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液(埃美丁)治疗高原地区春季角结膜炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:使用0.05%富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗126例(252眼)春季角结膜炎,与色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗的对照组105例(210眼)进行比较。结果:治疗组126例中显效61.9%,有效32.5%,无效5.6%;对照组显效30.5%,有效35.2%,无效34.3%,差异具有显著统计学意义(χ2=16.62,P<0.001)。结论:使用0.05%富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗高原地区春季角结膜炎安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of emameptin fumarate eye drops (Emectin) in the treatment of spring keratoconjunctivitis in the plateau area. Methods: Spring conjunctivitis in 126 cases (252 eyes) was treated with 0.05% emamectin fumarate eye drops and compared with 105 eyes (210 eyes) in control group treated with cromolyn sodium eye drops. Results: In the treatment group, the effective rate was 61.9%, effective 32.5%, and ineffective 5.6% in the 126 cases of the treatment group. The effective rate of the control group was 30.5%, effective 35.2% and ineffective 34.3%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 16.62, P <0.001). Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat patients with spring keratoconjunctivitis in the plateau region with 0.05% emamectin fumarate eye drops.
