以往的公路交叉口的安全评价方法主要是基于交通事故和交通冲突来进行研究的,但交通事故数据采集的困难以及交通冲突获取的主观性限制了这些方法的应用。基于此,文章应用交通流理论提出了一种新的安全评价方法。基于对公路平交口交通事故的成因的系统分析以及交通冲突发生的概率估计,建立了安全评价模型。最后,根据调查交叉口的交通冲突概率的分布范围,将公路平交口的安全水平划分为四个等级,并用具体实例来验证了模型的有效性。
In the past, the safety evaluation methods of road intersections were mainly based on traffic accidents and traffic conflicts. However, the difficulties of traffic accident data acquisition and the subjectiveness of traffic conflicts restricted the application of these methods. Based on this, the article presents a new safety evaluation method based on traffic flow theory. Based on the systematic analysis of the causes of road traffic accidents and the probability of traffic conflicts, a safety evaluation model is established. Finally, according to the distribution range of the probability of traffic conflict at the intersection, the level of safety at the level crossing is divided into four levels, and the concrete example is used to verify the validity of the model.
