在蚯蚓体内存在着两种对离体豚鼠心耳收缩具有完全相反作用的内源性物质.已经证实了对心耳收缩具有增强作用的蚯蚓内源性物质为一种新的具有多肽性质的β-肾上腺素能受体激动剂.而对其抑制成分,目前尚无报道.本文利用离子交换层析、超滤以及分子筛层析等分离提取技术,对这种内源性的抑制心耳收缩的物质(以下简称蚯蚓抑制剂)加以进一步的分离、纯化,并对其化学性质以及药理学特性进行了初步的探讨.
