由卫生部、华西医科大学及华西医大药学院联合投资兴建的药事管理干部培训基地的中心大楼在华西医大药学院胜利竣工,1987年9月16日举行了隆重的落成典礼。卫生部药政局、全国人大法制委员会经济法室有关领导和全国38个省、自治区、市及总后勤部、武警总队前来参加“全国新药审批管理研讨会”、“全国《药品管理法》研讨班”的有关方面专家、卫生行政部门的负责人参加了落成典礼。卫生部药政局李超进局长、全国人大法制委员会经济法室房维廉主任、中国药品、生物制品检定所周海均所长以及华西医大曹泽毅校长、药学院郑虎院长分别讲了话。新培训中心大楼为世界银行贷款卫生Ⅱ项目的配套建筑,建筑面积约1700平方米,设有教室、会议室、寝室、餐厅等,设备齐全,一次可接纳培训干部60余人。该中心计
The center building of the medical and management cadre training base, jointly invested by the Ministry of Health, Huaxi Medical University and Huaxi Medical College of Pharmacy, was successfully completed at Huaxi Medical College of Pharmacy. On September 16, 1987, a grand inauguration ceremony was held. Medical and Pharmaceutical Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Economic Law Chamber of the NPC Legislative Affairs Committee, 38 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and the General Logistics Department and the Armed Police Corps came to attend the “Seminar on the Examination and Approval of New Drugs in China” and the “National Drug Administration Law” Class "relevant experts, health administrative departments attended the inauguration ceremony. Director of the Department of Pharmacy, Ministry of Health, Li Chao-chang, director of the Economic Law Chamber of the NPC Legislative Committee, director of the Chinese Drug and Biological Products Office Zhou Hajian, and director of the West China Medical University Dr. Cao Zeyi and Dean of the College of Pharmacy Zheng Hu spoke respectively. The new training center is an ancillary building for the World Bank Loan Health II Project with a gross floor area of 1,700 square meters. There are classrooms, meeting rooms, dormitories, restaurants, etc. It is fully equipped and can accommodate more than 60 trainees at a time. The center counts
