本文通过对营口东部污水处理厂生化池混凝土底板的施工过程介绍,针对大面积水池底板不设置伸缩缝及后浇带,提出了避免出现裂缝的措施。同时,对大面积、大方量混凝土在短时间内浇注的施工顺序及施工组织进行了说明,提出切实可行的操作方法,使工程满足设计和规范要求。
Based on the introduction of the construction process of the concrete slab in the biochemical pool in the east sewage treatment plant of Yingkou, measures to avoid the occurrence of cracks are put forward in view of the fact that no expansion joints and post-pouring belts are provided in the large floor pool floor. At the same time, the construction sequence and construction organization of large-area and large-volume concrete pouring in a short period of time are described, and practical operation methods are put forward to make the project meet the design and specification requirements.
