l939年Polonovski和Jayle等发现血清中有一种蛋白能与血红蛋白结合,并显著增强血红蛋白的过氧化酶活性。这种蛋白被命名为haptoglobin(结合珠蛋白,简称Hp)。1955年Smithies首先将人血清在淀粉凝胶中进行电泳,根据所出现的区带移动度分为三型,即Hp~(1-1)型、Hp~(2-1)型和Hp~(2-2)型,还用超速离心法将之分离出来。此后,许多学者继续研究,认为Hp的多形性是由遗传控制的,并把Hp的分型测定作为亲权鉴定的手段之一应用于法医学实践中。也有少数研究血痕的Hp分型。关于Hp型别的测定,国内有些报道。本文报导广州地区正常人群Hp型别
